Provides a written observational report to attorneys (and to parents upon request for a fee).

A visitation monitor is with children at all times assuring that they are never alone with their supervised parent.

The visitation monitor does not give recommendations, opinions, or parenting advice.

Rachel has been a Pennsylvania licensed social worker for 20 years. 

She’s spent over 11 of those years in supervised visitation as a visit monitor and visitation program supervisor. Rachel’s experience is in child welfare, parenting education, and safety assessment. Her main goal is to provide court ordered supervision in order to assure the safety and well being of children while striving to make you and your children as comfortable as possible.

Service Areas: Currently serving Delaware, Chester, Bucks, Montgomery and Philadelphia Counties as well as the State of Delaware. Travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 minutes outside of Delaware County, PA

Important Information

All fees associated with visitation are paid for 48 hours in advance of appointment.

Credit or Debit card, Cash App Pay, or ACH bank transfer are accepted as forms of payment 

Visitation & Court Fees are non-refundable

Holidays are charged at $160/hr. Holidays include: Thanksgiving, Christmas (Eve & Day), New Years (Eve & Day), Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day.
